Really allowing your own body to be the sacred temple you arrive at every day and your deepest heart truth be the jewel you worship. All while being HELD by your fellow retreat attendees.

Meals

Attendees are invited to join us for evening meals prepared with love by Carmen and her sous chef, Jackie, as we share a community dinner each night. As a thank you for joining us, we are making pancakes on Sunday morning.

In an effort to give attendees choice over what they eat, breakfast and lunches are the responsibility of the attendee. Think of this as your home away from home. By doing this, it gives you power over what you eat. Especially for those with any dietary needs. Attendees will need to supply their own groceries/snacks during their stay. Grab food from town on your way through to the house. You can always make trips to town if you forgot or need something.
