FAQs
Will You edit out my stretch marks and smooth away my wrinkles?
Short answer to this is no. I apply minimal retouching and will only remove bruises and the occasional zit. Tan lines stay, cellulite, rolls, stretch marks, wrinkles, hair.. it all stays, deserves to be seen and is nothing to be ashamed of. We celebrate YOU.
Can I bring a friend or significant other to my session?
Unless it’s a friends or couples session, I invite you to come to your session alone. However, there is a lobby your support person can hang out in while we are in session so they will be close by just not in the studio with us. They might be a good person to have around to grab a coffee and a meal with afterwards.
How long is the turn around on images and products?
Galleries take 2-4 weeks. I suggest booking your session a good 6-8 weeks before you need the images and any product (album/ metal print.)
Does my session have to be boudoir?
See my offerings on the investment page. I provide more than just boudoir and don’t really identify with that word anymore. I see my work as an embodiment practice for the person in front of the camera. That looks different for everyone. Think of your session as an opportunity to play. I’m happy to help you customize your experience. Editorial, fantasy, lifestyle, pregnancy, couples, branding, boudoir, family, headshots, and seniors. I pretty much do it all except weddings.
Do you offer mini sessions?
I offer themed minis throughout the year that are held on pre-selected dates and times. Watch my socials for updates.
Do you provide a list of things to do before my session?
Yes! Shortly after you book you will receive a welcome guide that will explain in detail what to expect once you have booked, do’s and dont’s, and what to do leading up to your session. If you book a more in depth experience, we may have a video chat to go over planning.
What is included in the client closet?
The client closet is a fun addition with unique pieces to pick from including pasties, fish nets, body jewelry, and feathered robes to elevate and enhance your outfits. It does NOT include lingerie or outfits for your session and you must provide your own.
Is hair and makeup included?
No, those services are not included. I can suggest folks that do those things if you need. I am not responsible for any independent hair and makeup and how it photographs.
Do I have to share my photos?
You absolutely do not have to share your photos. They remain private until you decide to sign a model release. When you book a session, I send out a contract that will have a space for you to either agree to share your photos or decline. You hold the power on who gets to witness your photos.
Do I have to get naked?
You do not have to be naked in your photos. That is completely up to you.

All sales are final and non transferrable. In the case of circumstances beyond the Photographer's control such as illness, accident, death, weather or any act of God, the session will be rescheduled. If the client must reschedule, it’s preferred they do so with a 24 hour notice. If the client cancels completely or is a no call, no show, there will be no refund or transfer of monies paid to another session. Photographer is not liable for any scheduling and rescheduling fees with any hair, makeup or any other services hired by you (the client.) If client is more than 15 minutes late to the session without communicating, the session will be canceled, no refund will be given and session will not be rescheduled.
I don’t know how to pose. How will I know what to do?
Have no fear! I will guide you and show you how to pose the entire session. I will even provide you with a pre-session stretching and meditation guide.
What If i have ACCESSIBILITY needs or concerns?
I will check in before your session to see how I can best serve you before, during, and after our time together. The studio is wheelchair accessible with an elevator and private/free parking.
Can I bring a gun or a prop to my session?
I do not allow guns at sessions. Props must be discussed before the session and I will have to approve them first.
How are you adhering to the safety rules during the Covid19 pandemic?
I am maintaining my usual sanitation process by washing the bedding after every session. Sanitizing work spaces and the furniture at the studio as well. I am also wearing a mask upon request. If you are being photographed, you can go without a mask but myself will be masked if requested. It’s important you communicate with me if you are sick or have been exposed as I am immune compromised. Photographer is not liable for any injury or illness that may occur during or after client's session.
How to book:
Fill out a contact form indicating which session you want to book and when. You will receive an email within 1-2 business days with available dates and times. Once we decide on a date/time, you will receive an invoice to pay your retainer to reserve your date. You must have paid a retainer to secure your session.
